WebLock provides digital content protection, monitoring, DMCA takedown services, and related legal support as described in your selected plan. Service availability and features vary by plan tier.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing your login credentials, and ensuring you have the legal right to protect the content you register with WebLock.
4. Payment & Billing
All plans are billed annually. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due at the time of subscription. Failure to renew will result in service suspension.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or for plan renewals.
6. DMCA Services
WebLock files DMCA notices on your behalf based on information you provide. You warrant that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent for all content you request protection for. Filing false claims may result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebLock is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized content use by third parties, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to detect and address infringements promptly.
